Well, It's time for us have a serious discussion about how we spend time marketing your home. I'm sorry to say that holding an Open house as a tool to get your home sold in Las Vegas has lost most, if not all of it's value.
The reasons are many, but primarily it is the new technology in searching for homes that has changed the way most people look for homes.
Most people are not driving around looking for homes. They are searching the internet and are contacting real estate professionals who will streamline the process of finding a home.
There are no open houses at this time.
